Who DOESN'T LOVE Chick-fil-A? As a somewhat newly minted grad I was spending a lot of time in Huntsville AL. I'll never forget being in a shopping mall on Sunday and A RESTAURANT WAS CLOSED!!! That was my first time seeing Chick-fil-A!
Next time I'm there (infrequent) I will try the kale salad. I have grown to the point where I always have a bag of it in the fridge. I probably buy a large bag of it (already chopped) every two weeks and freeze half of it. We can finish half a bag in a week without much pressure. Whenever I am cooking vegetables as the base of my meal I always finish with a large handful of kale that wilts pretty quickly to finish the medley.
